The manager will strive to provide a superior community experience for residents and promote a positive work environment with colleagues and vendors. Must have at least 7 years experience in Property Management and 5 years as an on-site Property Manager.

Maintenance Technician

Seeking a self-motivated entry level light maintenance tech/porter to join our team with the opportunity to grow within our Company. This would be a great opportunity for someone who just graduated tech or trade school. This position in entry level and can lead to more duties and responsibilities. You are required to have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle. On-call is every other week which will include weekends.
